An Open RP Post, with a ~twist~. Basically, I love picture prompts more than life itself, so this is what you do.

1. You choose one of your characters.
2. You leave me a picture prompt and/or what character of mine you're requesting (if you don't request a specific one, I turn the wheel of RP fortune or something like that).
3. I comment setting up a scenario inspired/based on the prompt

Do you ever hear from Caroline? [He can't help but ask.]

[Dean glances over at her for a minute. He liked Kate. He did. But she crossed a line.]

It's true. Anybody is.

Sometimes? She sends me an email every once in a while.

[lockwood]

How's she been?

[transferee]

And sometimes humans are the worst monsters of all.

[hasperkynipples]

Where do you think the monsters get it from?

[braveandstupid]

She sounds really good. It's hard to tell from an email, but she seems happy.

[lockwood]

I'm glad. She deserves to be.

[easily]

Perhaps we'll get lucky and he'll even learn from the experience.

[hasperkynipples]

[he takes a deep breath.]

It just makes our job all that much harder.

Yeah, she does. I think we all do.

It would be an excellent opportunity for growth.

Soon we will be strangers. No, we can never be that. Hurting someone is an act of reluctant intimacy. We will be dangerous acquaintances with a history.

[It's been about a week, at least, since Allison woke up here. Every day is the same, keep an eye on Stiles and Lydia, search around for food and weapons and other things and in the mean time try not to get bitten by a zombie.

That last one is really, really important.

It's not easy here. Things are rocky with Derek, Erica and Isaac and she knows that's the way it has to be after everything she's done but it's still hard. She feels constantly on edge, like she has to prove something. Okay, maybe she went too far, she gets that but her mother died. She hadn't been in her right mind.

Still, she's out looking for supplies and it's a little later than she usually stays out. So she's on guard more than usual. Her right hand is covered with the spiked gauntlet they provided her with (they've yet to give her a better weapon, and she's yet to find one) just in case.

She doesn't notice it at first, but soon she begins to hear footsteps behind her. Her heart beats wildly in her chest and she spins around unsure of what to expect --

It's not Derek or a zombie or anything she has to worry about it's Scott. It's not the first time she's thought about him being here (selfishly, she's wished he would show up since she arrived) but he's actually here and in spite of hersef she feels her eyes water up a little.

Because it's been hard being here, and not because of the zombies and Scott's always been the one person she feels like she can just let her guard around. Which is why without giving it much thought she's rushing towards him, wrapping the arm that isn't covered in an archaic weapon around him in a tight hug.]

Scott. It's you. [The words are said softly, like she doesn't quite believe it.

She knows, she broke up with him and maybe it's selfish seeking out this comfort anyways, but she can't help it. It's Scott.]

Not that they're so easy to begin with.

[lockwood]

Yeah, we do. [But Tyler's made peace with the fact that it probably isn't in his cards. A life on the run doesn't lead to a lot of happiness.]

And lord knows he could use it

[hasperkynipples]

Sometimes it is. Sometimes you run into a thing that's so far gone it's almost easy. In fact, it's almost fun.

[Not if Elena has anything to say about it.]

So. Do you want to see the museum or do you want to head back to my place where I have some really awesome scotch?

Definitely. It sounds like he never got past the age of five.

[easily]

He's very stunted, emotionally. [To say the least.]

[lockwood]

Awesome Scotch. [He's not sure he's ready to go inside that place just yet.]

Fun? [She asks, raising a brow. She can't think of anyone who's ever called it fun before.]

Scotch it is.

[and with that she'll turn to lead him in the direction of her apartment.]
