Eyal likes walking around anyway, and today he's not going to let a bit of rain discourage him from doing that now. Plus, as used to hot weather as he is and always has been, it's still nice to be out in cooler weather for a change every once in a while. Especially when there's not something weird-- or weirder than normal -- happening at the moment.
