Cordelia's still a little skeptical. There's something he isn't telling her -- that much she knows. But at the same time -- he's in the sunlight and that's pretty amazing within itself because he's not on fire. So maybe she should try to push that nagging voice away and just focus on the good parts for now. She thinks she can manage that.
