Steve is still getting used to modern New York himself. He's getting better at it as the days go by. That doesn't mean he's completely used to the massive crowds that have surged over the years. It's not too surprising when someone bumps into him while on the phone.

What does surprise him is that fact that it is a pretty woman. Give him a second to get un-tongue tied. "Sorry, ma'am. Are you alright?" He smiles nervously. He knows walking him is a little like walking into a house. He might need another apology for that.
