[Bulma likes to surprise people and generally if she wants something? She's not afraid to go after it. And she had enjoyed kissing him earlier. And now they weren't kissing because of trying to escape some stupid plant but because she wants to kiss him -- and from the way he wraps his arm around her and keeps her in place she can tell he wants to kiss her too.

It's a bad idea. Her friends would call her insane if they knew. But she doesn't particularly care. Things between her and Yamcha were long over so she's free to kiss whoever she wants.
