Open Picture Prompt Post

An Open RP Post, with a ~twist~. Basically, I love picture prompts more than life itself, so this is what you do.

1. You choose one of your characters.
2. You leave me a picture prompt and/or what character of mine you're requesting (if you don't request a specific one, I turn the wheel of RP fortune or something like that).
3. I comment setting up a scenario inspired/based on the prompt

[The Argents have just recently moved to Dillon...or what's left of them anyways. So just her and her dad. She misses her friends, but getting a new start after Beacon Hills, there's something nice about that idea.

Being at a game makes her think of Scott in a way that pangs, even if it's Football instead of Lacrosse. Still, it's hard not to be moved when she sees a young man wheel out his best friend, one who apparently got paralyzed a few months ago.

So she cheers for the Panthers, screaming as loud as she can, smiling for the first time in a long time when she sees him win.

It's not until after the game, when she's making her way down from the bleachers that she notices one of the players, the one who had been there with his friend. She jogs over to him.]

You were really great out there.

[Tim knows of Allison only because she's the new girl. He hasn't paid much attention to anything lately. It's a bad time for Tim and he'd like to say it's getting better, but Jason is still screwed up and it's looking like he's never going to walk again. Tonight though, tonight is a good night. Jason is in a decent mood. The Panthers won. Everyone isn Dillon is happy, including Tim Riggins so when a pretty girl comes over to compliment him, he grins at her, all flirting and cockiness because she's right. He was great out there.]

Thanks. It was a whole team effort. [And he's sincere about that. Tim knows he's a rockstar, but he's a rockstar with a lot of help.]

[transferee]

Takes a big man to admit that. [She's known jocks before. Jackson went crazy obsessed when he was no longer the star -- and even Scott enjoyed it some. It takes a lot for one to admit that isn't just them out there.]

[dillonrockstar]

[Tim will have a bit of a time adjusting, but despite appearances, he doesn't really have the ego for going crazy over not being a rockstar anymore. ]

Tim Riggins. You got a name?

[transferee]

Allison Argent.

[dillonrockstar]

So whatt're you doin' after the game, Allison Argent?

[transferee]

No plans, at the moment.

[dillonrockstar]

There's an after party happenin' just outsidea town. Why don't you go with me?

[transferee]

[It's been a while since she's been to a party, not since she left Beacon Hills. She smiles.]

Sure.

[dillonrockstar]

[ He grins back.]

Lemme go change. I'll meet you outside the locker rooms.

[transferee]

I'll see you there, then.

[dillonrockstar]

[Once in the locker room, Tim showers, changes into jeans, a panthers football tee shirt and his boots then walks out the front of the locker oom to see if Allison is waiting. When he sees her, he grins.]

My truck is out this way. [He nods toward the parking lot.]

[transferee]

Lead the way. [Her father probably wouldn't be happy about her climbing into the car of a stranger but she's seen a lot worse. She can take care of herself.]

[dillonrockstar]

[Tim is relatively harmless anyway. He's got some sort of twisted code of honor that usually ends up with him letting other people beat the hell out of him. He leads her to an old, black 1986 Chevy pick up, unlocks the door for her with an actual key instead of a remote and holds it open for her.] It don't look like much but it runs. Usually.

[She laughs, climbing into the car. It's a little older than what she's used to, but it has character to it.] Hopefully, this won't be one of the times it decides not to.

[dillonrockstar]

If it is, I'll be able to fix it. [The truck starts up after a couple of cranks and he pulls out of the parking lot.]

[transferee]

You're good with cars then?

[dillonrockstar]

Yeah, sort of always have been. My brother taught me.

[transferee]

It must be nice, having a brother. Closest I ever got to that was my aunt Kate.

[dillonrockstar]

Yeah. I guess. He sorta...raised me. My mom left when I was real little and my dad took off 'bout the time I was twelve, so Billy got stuck with me. It's awesome you got an aunt though. Billy and me ain't got any extended family that we know of.

[transferee]

Had. [Kate's dead. And she was also...a sociopath it turns out.] It's just me and my dad, these days. [They lost so much in Beacon Hills -- she can't blame her father wanting to get away from it all.]

[dillonrockstar]

[Tim furrows his brow a bit.] Sorry to hear that. Sounds like you could use that drink.

[transferee]

Yeah. [She smiles weakly.] I think I could.

[dillonrockstar]

There'll be plenty to drink there. [He reaches under the seat of his truck between his legs and pulls out a can of beer, passing it over to her.] Might wanna tap the top of it a sec before you open it.

[But really they're almost there, leaving the town proper already and turning down a dirt road. She can probably see truck lights and evidence of a bonfire already.]
