Lilah shrugged her shoulders in a sort of "oh well, you caught me, what can I do about it?" sort of way. Because she had expected him to hear her call, to look into it and take care of it for her. And considering how he got determined he got when it came to a good cause, she hadn't really considered the idea that he might not be able to accomplish it.
