how to play.

1. Drop a comment with one or more of your muses. It can be empty if you want me to make a scenario, or you can toss one at me. If you want to just give me a prompt (a word, song, lyric, picture, phrase, anything), I can riff off that too.
2. In the subject line, you can specify any of my muses you might want to play with, or you can ask me to pick someone.
3. just rp with me. if something jives really well, maybe we can continue it in another one of these later, sort of like a super casual verse. if it doesn't, it doesn't.

She instantly regrets the decision. Blood. Those are bags of blood -- like a vampire?

It shouldn't surprise her. There are werewolves, kaminas, banshees and who knew what else is out there?

Why wouldn't there be vampires?

She stands there in fear when she knows she should run, she should get out of there but she can't move.

[negotiates]

There's a little blood around his mouth. In case it wasn't obvious that he's drinking it. Elijah's eyes fall on Allison and he pauses, hand tightening around the almost-empty blood bag.

"I told you not to follow me."

[transferee]

"I know. I should of listened."

But Allison isn't great at that, especially if she thinks someone was in danger -- she had thought there was something strange about him but she didn't expect this.

She feels almost as frozen as when she first saw Derek as the wolf, when her reality completely crumbled in front of her.

[negotiates]

She should have. He rises, the chair scraping back behind him. It won't do for her to know his secret; he will have to compel her.

But even as he strides over to her, the world blurs and he blinks, confused. Slowing down to a stop. Then his stance shifts, becoming menacing, head tilted in a predatory fashion. Once again he's seeing someone who isn't there.

"The deal is off."

[transferee]

If he listens closely he can probably hear her heartrate begin to race. Especially since he seems confused again -- which is really not helpful at the moment.

Best to try to remind him who she actually is.

"We didn't have a deal beyond me helping you here."

[negotiates]

Her heart racing fits the illusion. He takes a step forward, interrupting her mid-flow:

"You have nothing left to negotiate with."

[transferee]

"I'm not trying to negotiate, I just want to leave."

Maybe if she can reach for her bow or dagger...she needs to be careful though -- he's unstable enough as is.

[negotiates]

He rolls his eyes. Whatever threat he's perceiving, it doesn't seem like he's taking it seriously. There's a longer pause before he speaks again, his tone soft and self-assured.

"Stefan won't let you die."

[transferee]

"I don't know who Stefan is."

Whoever he thinks she's talking to (that Katerina girl again, maybe?) it isn't her.

That much she knows.

[negotiates]

He blinks, focus shifting. The illusion has faded. Maybe the blood helped. He remembers his original intention and steps forward, moving to lay a hand over Allison's shoulder as he stares into her eyes.

"Forget all this and leave."

[transferee]

For all her training, for all she's been taught to be prepared -- her family's never prepared her for this -- someone altering her mind like this.

Even if she wanted to fight it, she couldn't. Which is why she just nods her head a little in agreement.

"I'll forget all this and leave."

And with that, she turns to do exactly that.
