Cordelia and Stefan are both trying to pick up the pieces of their lives. It's easier said then done, but they're trying. That has to count for something. But when Cordelia gets her first vision in months she finds herself dialing his number without giving it a second thought.

He's the only friend she really has here and she's going to need all the help she can get.

"Stefan?"

"Cordelia?"

He can hear from her voice that something's wrong and he sits up almost instantly, already getting up and moving. "Everything alright?"

[visiongirl]

"I had a vision."

Which...she was pretty sure she wasn't going to anymore. But the Powers that Be kinda do what they want.

"Where are you? I'll be right there." Hopefully she isn't too far away, but given that he's a vampire, it probably won't take him long regardless.

[visiongirl]

She gives him the address of the place she's been staying, as she thinks he'll be able to get there quickly

Yep, you bet. A few minutes later, Stefan is knocking on her door, waiting for her to answer. He knows that she's had visions before, but he also knows how much of a toll they can take on her, and he doesn't want her to have to go through this alone.

"Come in." At least they aren't as painful physically anymore. But emotionally? Still pretty taxing.

Stefan nods as he makes his way inside, before walking over to sit down next to her, one hand resting on her shoulder gently. "Are you alright?"

[visiongirl]

She nods a little, trying to gather herself back together. "They aren't as painful as they used to be, at least."

"That's good." He reaches forward gently, hands cupping the side of her face to get a better look at her eyes and make sure they were clear. "Can I get you anything?"

[visiongirl]

He'll notice that her pupils are dilated normally. She looks okay. "I could use some water."

He nods, and relieved that she at least seems alright, he'll go to get her the water in question. "Do you remember what you saw?"

[visiongirl]

She nods a little. "It was a girl, she was being cornered not far from here by a group of demons. They're going to try to kill her. We have to help her."

Stefan nods in agreement, because if Cordelia saw it, than they had to at least try and help. Even if Stefan isn't usually the altruistic type, he knows that Cordelia is. "Did you recognize what kinds of demons they were?"

[visiongirl]

She shakes her head. "Not a race I've seen before, which would have been an advantage."

[somanyadjectives]

He nods in agreement, before getting to his feet. "Then I guess for right now we'll just have to wing it and hope for the best." It's not the easiest way to go into things but hopefully they'll be able to do enough to at least learn more about it.

[visiongirl]

"I think we can handle it." Cordelia gets up as well. She grabs her purse, making sure to put some of the normal staples in there. Stakes, holy water -- she'll probably grab a sword too though that won't fit in the purse.

No, probably not. Stefan tends to be better with improvised weapons as he doesn't really know what to carry with him, and he's always done more than enough damage with his bare hands. He'll wait until she gathers together what she needs, before looking up at her expectantly. "Ready?"

[visiongirl]

She nods her head. She's always been a little on the be prepared side for these sorts of things. "Ready"

"Then let's go." And with that he will lead the way back down to his car, ready for her to give him directions to the place in question.

She follows him down to the car, waiting for him to get settled before rattling off the directions for him.

He follows the directions easily, having become more than familiar enough with the streets at this point, before pulling up in front of the address she gave him. "This the place?"

[visiongirl]

Cordelia nods her head, getting out of the car. "This is the place"
