Open Picture Prompt Post

An Open RP Post, with a ~twist~. Basically, I love picture prompts more than life itself, so this is what you do.

1. You choose one of your characters.
2. You leave me a picture prompt and/or what character of mine you're requesting (if you don't request a specific one, I turn the wheel of RP fortune or something like that).
3. I comment setting up a scenario inspired/based on the prompt
4. profit????

[ at the question elijah goes silent, for when have any of them ever considered what suited rebekah? for so long she had seamlessly adapted to whatever role they needed of her, and they'd all expected it of her. she would play the dutiful sister, the wife, the daughter, whatever was necessary to blend into the community of their choice. none fo them had ever asked if it had suited her. of course it had, of course.

elijah feels such guilt over that, most days. ]

So you will stay?

[ he keeps his tone noncommittal, because is it fair, for him to pull at her even now? or maybe he should. maybe he should take her away. there are but three of them left. should they not move as one, the way they once had? ]

[Being a vampire requires you to be an actor by default but even Rebekah's tired of all the acts she's played through the years. Always roles, never having anything real for herself. It had been fine back in the olden days, she loved her brothers and would do anything to stay with them.

Family will always come first but these days it doesn't feel like enough either.
]

Like I said, I haven't decided yet. [Mystic Falls hasn't been kind to her but honestly? She can't imagine moving on into the world by herself either. It's nothing she's ever done before. After a thousand years independence sounds as terrifying as it does liberating.]
